In my role as a Field Service Representative (FSR) at Palantir Technologies, I have been assigned to the POL-INTEL project at the National Police since January 2017. For the first 7 months, I was employed through Adecco. In August 2017, I moved to IMSL, which has international experience in intelligence and analysis work.In my work, I have continuously been responsible for:• Organizing and conducting training for over 300 users and superusers nationwide, as well as planning and hosting superuser days.• Conducting "train the trainer" training for the police's (customer's) own instructors.• Maintaining ongoing contact with users and superusers, as well as promoting their use of Palantir's products.• Providing support for users with diverse areas of work within the police, both via email/phone and on-site.• Facilitating support visits to users across the country, including 1-1 support and support in group settings, according to the users' wishes and needs.• Creating user guides and workflows for Palantir's systems.• Transmitting user knowledge to Palantir's developers for the purpose of product development.• Troubleshooting and testing defects in Palantir's systems.
