I have during 35 years worked in different positions within cell biology research at at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU). Now I'm looking for new opportunities in this or related fields. During this time I have performed research within own and collaborative projects, supervised students and PhD students and participated in the education of veterinary and agronomy students. I have also been course leader for a PhD student course held several times, as well as parts of a course in the veterinary program. The research has been focussed on different areas, after a PhD thesis regarding cell proliferation in different model systems I worked mainly with projects within Veterinary Immunology for around 10 years. I later years I have mainly worked with male reproduction with determining sperm quality in different species and the use of these traits to determine fertilizing ability. Throughout my career I have mainly worked with flow cytometry. I have also been technically responsible for determining specification requirements and summarizing tenders for three purchases of flow cytometers according to the law of procurement (LoU). Throughout the years I've collaborated with numerous scientists, and find it easy both to run own projects as well as delivering results and interpretations of results to people I've collaborated with. My colleagues often describes me as thorough and that I bring a nice atmosphere to the workplace.
