- Facilitate benefit administration for new hire enrollment, life events and open enrollment process in ADP Workforce Now and Blue Cross Blue Shield eMVS & eMVP- Manage the offboarding process for all employees exiting the company- Process semi-monthly payroll utilizing ADP Workforce Now- Present benefit options to new hires during new employee orientation- Recruit junior- to mid-level talent for our Birmingham, Washington DC, Nashville, and Toronto offices- Collaborate with the Employee Relations team to facilitate culture initiatives

- Served as the primary liaison between creative, account, and production teams- Coordinated the routing process for all print, digital, collateral, event and social materials to obtain approvals through Team Detroit's digital and print routing processes- Managed numerous projects simultaneously while giving specific attention to detail and deadlines- Trained fellow coordinators on department procedures and responsibilities

- Created a database of marketing, advertising, and public relations alumni including contact info and current place of employment- Managed end-of-semester criteria scores from all professors within the marketing department using the TracDat system- Organized a new filing system to maintain all marketing, advertising, and public relations students' academic information
