We help our customers deliver a complete business model for IT, including description of services, and support in calculating cost and price. We’ll improve your business focus with architect and integration support in resource management, order to delivery, sourcing, service desk, invoicing and portfolio management.

Responsible for providing IT infrastructure services to the global organization including service delivery, service management and development of services and infrastructure to meet business needs.Example of services are WAN, mail, Internet access, etc.

During my time at Worldcom I was responsible for transmission and data infrastructure in Scandinavia, including build, operations and development. The last 3 years I worked with business and service development for larger accounts.

The role included sales, marketing and engineering responsibilities and activities.
