My role as an analyst in the healthcare and social service team revolved around data analysis and data visualization, mainly using Power BI. My key responsibilities were developing, modifying and maintaining customers' Power BI reports showcasing data about their economy and use of services. The company's customers were municipalities and joint regional authorities that provided healthcare and social services. I was frequently in contact with customers in different ways, such as facilitating workshops and conducting interviews in various projects.
