Anders had the position as Vendor Manager with general responsibility for cooperation, follow-up, evaluation and steering, focused on one of the large near- and off-shore IT-vendors.Anders mainly worked within the following areas:• Improvements of processes for cooperation with the vendors, e.g. by means of requirements, testing, reporting, call-off agreements and service levels (KPI, SLA). Anders often facilitated the process for establishing and implementing improvements.• Facilitating situations when stakeholders could not agree on results on procurement steps (RFQ and Quotations) for projects or maintenance tasks, in order to reach agreement.• Manage the process of preparing a 12 month order forecast for all major vendors.• Manage the process of collecting and compiling information to the vendor satisfaction survey, for all major vendors.

As technical project manager I was responsible for the software development of a new mobile gaming web site. The project also included necessary adaptations of a number backend and middleware systems to be compatible with the new mobile site. The project was a pilot project at Svenska Spel for evaluation of Continuous Integration/Delivery/Deployment.The project mainly included the following parts:• Introduction of a number of new tools to support continuous flows• Translation of requirements to User Stories• Design of architecture• Agile development in combination with continuous flows

Responsible for the procurement and development of a new betting terminal including a number of ambient systems to replace a more than 15 year old betting terminal. The betting terminals are used by around 2000 agents all over Sweden.The project included the following main tasks:• Procurement of a hardware platform, mainly based on standard POS modules.• Hardening and other adaptations of a Linux platform.• Development of betting application software for the terminal and ambient systems.• Procurement of a solution for secure card payments (PCI, EMV) and loyalty cards.• Adaptations and implementation of new business processes related to the new terminal solution.• Start of operation and roll out of the new terminal solution.
