In my profession I strive for value creation and outstanding results through inspiring leadership and strategic- planning and implementation. I have a true passion for the link between sales- and marketing and how you optimize the organization through development of individuals and team.I seek and work continuously with feedback in order to develop and outperform current results and norms. Sales development and customer satisfaction is the core of what motivates me in my profession.I live a healthy life-style with focus on my family and my genuine passion for adventure sports such as surfing, MTB, and skiing. I belive that a healthy and balanced life-style makes your life richer and develops your personality in a positive way. Throughout years of travelling all over the world I have a gained a lot of knowledge and insights about different cultures, personalities and languages, resulting in a genuine interest to get to know people independent of background and nationality.I have recently started a surf-club to improve life quality for kids and youth in my home town. This is my contribution and payback to a sport and lifestyle that is a really important part of my life and well being.
