Manage large system integration initiatives

Work closely with client product teams and field and partner communities to promote and evangelize strategic solutions, provide strategic solutions consulting, and drive partner and client adoption. Serve as a subject matter expert for client solutions and technologies. Direct Advaiya SMEs and offshore developers in Advaiya’s Global Delivery Center.

Responsible for the governance framework and execution of processes to deliver strategic programs and the related individual project tracks. Provide information transparency for financials, resources, risks, issues and dependencies for effective and timely program decisions and acceptable levels of risk.

Actively lead the Control activities for the Customer Delivery Framework at the Consumer Lending Group level. Coordinate compliance activities including PRR, SOX, and Information Security. Execute change initiatives and provide leadership and management to support development of employees including performance management and individual development planning.

Drive and implement organizational change, establish and maintain an Information Security (IS) program and provide overall leadership for security compliance function to assist SLC management in the protection of computer resources & information assets. Drive employee understanding of the IS program through an aggressive security awareness, education, & training program. Ensure security policies and standards are integrated into the business and provide leadership for SLC Information Security Officers.

Manage project managers and projects implementing projects following CMM guidelines. Work with development manager, developers and analysts to ensure business requirements are delivered on time. Organize and conduct product training and product presentations for Citi business users, franchises and external customers as required.

Responsible for solution and service sales, managing projects, customer engagements, consulting staff and project office.

Responsible for managing IT Projects on client sites including Lotus resources as well as client staff and external subcontractors.
