Responsible for the NPD (New Project Development) projects, project managers, project processes, project planning and resources management within MIN&CNS crusher development.✅ Contributed to numerous market launches of developed projects and introduced a new way of driving development projects withon the organization.

Project manager for stone crusher development within the mining and construction. Responsible for time, cost and design from concept to implementation phase, including industrialization.✅ Contributed with numerous succesful market launches for developed products

Project manager for the development and industrialization of the new mobile phone C902.✅ Contributed to a succesfull launch of the product C902 which was an "win or loose" product for SEMP.

Project manager for the interior&climate in the facelift project of XC90, XC70, V70 and the industrialization of S80L in China✅ Contributed to a successfull launch of the face lift year 2006 for the cars based on the large platform which prolonged the life time by a couple of years for thoose models.✅ Contributed to the production start of the uniqe China model S80L, which mean identify and setting up a complete new supply chain in China.
