The goal is to give customers a greater choice of services and apps and to make them easier to buy. We are helping customers develop policies and technology strategies that reduce churn and increase RPU. A key area for my team currently involves bringing together CSPs and OTT providers to help both sides take advantage of end user demand for rich content, delivered anywhere to any device. We are working in the B2B2B and B2B2C spaces to help evolve networks, interfaces and policies to ensure content is easy to access and easy to buy. Show less
