CEWE is Europe’s leading photo printing company. The Head Office is in Germany, and in Scandinavia the regional Head office is in Oslo. In Norway we also have the retail chain CEWE Japan Photo, with 23 stores, selling photography equipment as well as CEWE products. In total CEWE has more than 4000 employees in Europe, and more than 200 in Scandinavia. As Head of Digital & Content I am responsible for all traffic driving activities for all CEWE brands in Scandinavia. This includes japanphoto.no, cewe.no, cewe.dk and cewe.se and partner sites. I manage a team of 10 dedicated employees, based across Scandinavia, who work within a range of marketing activities, such as Performance Marketing, CRM, SEO, Gamification, Content, Social, web publishing and technical platforms. My main mission when I started was to create and build ONE Scandinavian marketing team, working together for ALL markets. This is now well achieved, and we have growth in all markets. We have in-housed SEA and Paid Social, but still work closely with external partners. I am also responsible for all budgets and results related to digital activities, such as performance marketing, as well as planning and analysis of all digital campaigns. Luckily, I have a very good team around me to help achieve all this.I also work with other CEWE markets across Europe and run several forums/groups/projects on an international level.

Responsible for Digital Marketing for Mylan (Meda) in Norway. My main responsibilities are digital marketing and communication, mainly through web pages, social media, newsletters and digital campaigns. I do website updates and development, as well as content in cooperation with product managers, layout and SEO. We had a total of 27 websites, where I was responsible for digital strategy, newsletters, digital campaigns and social media, in addition to and internal screens and intranet. I worked closely with product managers and the sales team, as well as external and internal partners. Our target groups for digital activities included patients, pharmacies and Health Care Professionals. I cooperated with the various digital teams in Mylan International, situated across the globe, and had been one of the main frontrunners for a more digital-focused organization. Norway was among the countries with the most focus and best results in digital marketing within Mylan. I was also responsible for communication for Mylan in Norway in cooperation with country manager, as well as being part of the European communications group. Some of my achievements included a 1000% increase in traffic in 5 years (excluding Google Ads) & quadrupled total traffic and a shift from traditional to digital marketing for the whole company. Most of this through SEO and changes in digital strategy.
