Working part time as a waiter, serving the infamous Afternoon Tea at Grand Hotel. Experienced a full restaurant often, with a high quality service, sometimes also working in the Othelia Bar. I learned the value of great service, wineology, food and bartending.

Went here first as a child, and later joined the team of trainers, providing a collection of activities including skiing, multisports and running for local children.Learned to engage with children and youth, encouraging workouts and teaching sports.
