My professional journey began in 1994 at NT Møller Undall AS, where I started as a production worker assembling Master key systems. Following my service in the Norwegian Armed Forces and the completion of my Bachelor's degree in Marketing at BI, Norwegian School of Management, I joined MøllerUndall AS in 2000. During my time there, from 2000 to 2011, I held roles as a Project Manager and Head of Project Management. My responsibilities included the development of instruments, tools, and software for specifying and implementing hardware products for door environments. Additionally, I specialized in Mechanical cylinders and Mechatronic/Standalone Access Control.In 2011, when Kaba AG (dormakaba) acquired Møller Undall AS, I continued as Head of Project Business Model & Education. In January 2015, I assumed the role of Head of Product Management & Education. In this capacity, I focused on the development and marketing of new local products for Scandinavia and the maintenance of the existing portfolio. From 2016 onwards, I served as a Product Marketing Manager and Business Developer for various products in the dormakaba Scanbalt region.In 2018, after a fulfilling tenure, I concluded my journey with dormakaba.In September 2018, I embarked on a new chapter as the CEO of StepLock Norway AS, a sister company of Stendals El AB in Sweden. Stendals El AB specializes in manufacturing electrical strikes and electric lock products under the STEP brand. STEP products are installed in a wide range of settings, from shopping centers, hospitals, and prisons to banks, high-security facilities, schools, offices, and apartment buildings. Offering the market's broadest assortment of electric strikes, STEP provides solutions for diverse demands, with all products distributed through locksmiths and installers.Additionally, I have contributed to the development of various official standards and regulations through my involvement in workgroups. Furthermore, I have experience in the acquisition of locksmith businesses.
