- Played a significant role in the construction of a new business model based on contextual affiliate ads (mainly promoting Apple Music and Amazon Music on music release links) that now after two years generates a vital part of Linkfire's revenue, with an average RPM (revenue per 1000 impressions) of around $10. - Coordinated communication as the “bridge” between the product teams in Copenhagen and the commercial team in Los Angeles, by translating insights and business strategy into fascinating user stories and technical product features. - Established and maintained the ad partnerships with Sony, Universal and Warner in Spain, Germany, France, Japan and Korea (in total 50+ business units) by understanding the differences in the different markets, and by using these insights to differentiate the product to be compatible across the world. - Optimized an ad format - promoting sign-ups to Amazon Music (and soon also Spotify) - through intensive A/B testing, highly supported by data analytics, which lead to an increase in click-through-rate by 55%.

- Developed the idea for the technical architectural structure behind the ad automation software Admate that allowed us to generate and deploy thousands of ads in Google Ad Manager with a few clicks. This is now essential to how the Linkfire Promotions value stream operates. I initiated and managed the development of this product, and later (in the Ad Ops Lead-role) I was a main stakeholder in the continuous development.- Assessed risks when prioritizing new opportunities - balancing short- and long-term goals - while ensuring that the solution met the customer’s needs, was aligned with the strategy and team objectives, and in collaboration with the designer and tech lead ensured usability and feasibility. - Restructured work practices in the product team, such as involving the team more in the planning process, which added transparency and increased accuracy when estimating time and complexity.- Introduced regular kick-off meetings with engineers, designers, and stakeholders when initiating work on new features. This early involvement empowered the engineers to solve the problems rather than just deliver features, which increased innovation and decreased unforeseen requests by being ahead of them.

- Developed the concept behind the platform’s recommendation algorithm, that based on the usage learned the listener’s music taste and recommended the most trending upcoming music in a ‘Personal Radio’. - Built and executed the business plan, which was based on a sophisticated B2B SaaS scouting/analytics tool that enabled record labels and booking agencies to scout and recruit music talent.- Managed a team of 10 people (incl. 5 engineers and 1 product designer) with whom we built a music streaming service for iOS, Android, and web (all apps were built natively).- Driving force behind two investment rounds. In total we raised 3 mDKK from an institutional fund (Capnova A/S) and a private investor (MAMIL ApS).- Executed a marketing plan based on Facebook ads, Instagram ads, Google ads, and 7 music concerts that in one year brought in 35,000 active users/listeners and 2,000 artists in Denmark.
