Focus continued to be driving organic growth (existing and expanding portfolio), integrate acquired companies, people and assets. We established strategic account management with +300% growth in 2.5 years, implemented regional new sales organizations, brought in new customers at a higher speed, implemented key account mgmt. structure with net expansion growth in all regions. Together with marketing we implemented a digital lead generation and global SDR organization. We combined two acquired entrepreneurial companies (Vehicle & myElefant) into one unit, Sinch for Marketing, that secured strong propositions with large retail brands and global leading marketing cloud partners SAP, Adobe, Oracle, Salesforce. -
President Business Unit Enterprise & MessagingSinch Apr 2022 - Jun 2023Stockholm, Stockholm County, SeWith the last 3 major Sinch acquisitions in late 2021, adding 56% of 2021 pro formagross profit, there was a need to reorganize into 4 independent P&L divisions. SinchOperating units prior to Q421 was merged into BU Enterprise & Messaging that I wasasked to lead. 3 main objectives were given; create a well cross functional full P&L unit,change negative trend of increased opex to regain industry profitability leadership, andintegrate India and Latam regions. We hired a BU CFO, head of HR, group CIO, andMDs of India and Latam, and later also integrated enterprise related application teamscreating an 18BSEK+ team with over 2000 people in 40+ countries, The turnaround wasstarted to be seen in Q422 with >15% cost savings ahead of plan. -
President Enterprise Division & CooClx Communications Ab (Now Sinch) May 2018 - Apr 2019Stockholm, Stockholm, SeAs progress was quickly recognised and trust built with co-founders, I was asked to take on full responsibility for the enterprise division (95% of company) incl operations, engineering, product management and acquired companies, Sinch, Unwire and Vehicle. During 2H18 financial turnaround from 20172H was seen, market cap doubled as organic growth had gone up 300%. I also took on a successful rebranding project that renamed and repositioned the company from CLX Communications to Sinch. -

We got CEO approval for IMS turnaround program, establishing leading VoLTE position and OEM partnerships with Appel, Samsung, Microsoft, & Cisco. IoT SaaS connectivity got revamped and grew 500%. We strengthened business focus in product mgmt. OB/NS grew 17% between 14->15, contribution grew with 230%. -

New business won in areas of IP, TV, Managed Services, OSS and BSS, broke into Thailand, India and Myanmar. Initiated and supported Telenor Connexion M2M platform acquisition that turned into Ericsson’s first multitenant SaaS solution. Telenor global account went from worst to best performing global account.
