Our company's mission is to eliminate preventable airway health issues. You can see this in REMplenish, our novel airway health solution that provides airway exercise with the convenience of drinking water. We take pride in seamlessly integrating clinical knowledge, customer understanding, and biomedical engineering to create simple and effective solutions that help people improve airway health and get better sleep.

To better understand health needs around the world, I traveled and studied healthcare for 9 months throughout Asia and Africa. I was exposed to many different situations, problems, ways of doing things, innovations, and people who are doing their best to help others. I grew a lot throughout my journey and overcame many challenges. Overall, it was a humbling experience that connected me with many health needs that someday I plan to help solve. I planned and executed this journey independently, with the help of many people who supported me along the way. Mechanical Design Engineer • Determined a main root cause of a multivariable, transient system issue of implantable drug infusion pumps by developing a non-destructive test method through CT x-ray analysis. • Executed characterization DOE to understand shipping effects on returned product analysis which led to upgrade of analysis test equipment and method.• Led creation of evidence strategy for regulatory submittal that utilized data analysis of historical data vs new test data which will result in estimated 1-year reduction in submission date.• Collaborated with Swiss manufacturer to optimize component design for an implantable drug pump resulting in improved patient safety.• Created grass roots targeted drug delivery therapy strategy that was presented to leadership which ended up being parallel to future strategy created from voice of customer research.• Contributed to competitive analysis for pain therapy products.Collaboration for Active Knowledge Enhancement (CAKE)• Developed an innovative knowledge management project through internal “crowd funding”.
