Ran the cross functional work to deliver test objects in time according to the project time plan. All by monitor, coordinate and secure the total delivery of test vehicles. Was also the mechanics build leader and the link between the project and "real life".

Assignment at Laird Technologies as Project Manager.Responsible for a specific customer (Valeo) project at Laird Gothenburg's product development center, developing a thermal cooling aggregate for the Renault ZE, Electric Vehicle. The main responsibility was leading an engineering team in Gothenburg in developing the product as well as leading a team of engineers at Laird's factory in Shenzhen, China, starting up a production line. Tasks including collecting information and specifications from the customer, standardization and test institutes. Also to deliver material for analysis, verification and validation to the customer.Delivery responsibility both towards customer as well as Laird, where the project was bound to follow Laird's ISO 9001 certified process. Securing resources, project budget as well as reporting to steering committee and management within Laird as well as putting up the logistic chain for mass production.The work meant a lot of international contacts as the customer were French, the production to be put up in China and the management at Laird mainly came from the United States, where the headquarters is to be found. This lead to visits to the customer in France as well as several journeys to China. At the end of the assignment I received ”Laird Technologies 2011 Thermal Product & Technology Award” as a reward for my good and hard work in making this project a success.

Assignment at Swenox as Project Quality Manager (and parental leave).Secured the quality (APQP &FMEA) at Swenox’s biggest project which was a big order to German vehicle producer Daimler (which lead to building of a new factory). Also the project’s overall time plan, patent applications etc. was included in the area of responsibility as well as to support and relieve project managers and group management.

The duties were to ensure that the entire project followed the GDP (Global Development Process). Responsible also for the production start vehicles to be delivered correctly and on time. In addition to this were also responsibilities for all storage of documentation in PHOENIX on Volvo 3P included.

- Assignment at Volvo Cars as trainer in SAP SRM: Trainer in SAP SRM at eVEREST Transition program at Volvo Cars. A project where purchasing system for indirect material was changed from Oracle's eVEREST to SAP SRM. The duties comprised to test and develop the new system (SAP SRM), write education document such as user guides, Powerpoint presentations etc.Furthermore to plan and to lead education of the personnel at Volvo in: Gothenburg, Skövde, Uddevalla, Olofström, Maastricht and Gent. Support via e-mail, telephone as well as on-site-support were also included in the duties. Worked also with the layout and formulated and wrote the text content, both in Swedish and English, for the web learning.- Assignment at Volvo Powertrain at Best Practice Costing:Worked with the transfer prices at Best Practice Costing. The work meant collecting price information from the purchasing Business Package Teams, within Volvo/Renault/Mack/Volvo NA Powertrain, in order to put this information together. This information were the foundation for the Powertrain transfer prices to Volvo 3P.- Assignment at Volvo 3P as Project Coordinator:Project coordinator for Vehicle Module Teams (VMT) at Volvo 3P. As this was a relatively new organisation within 3P the duties were involving in the build up of the structure as well as work as a coordinator for nine VMT managers and to get them to tighten same hold.
