I am currently working as a Researcher for an environmental startup 2S Water. We use optical emission spectroscopy coupled with Solution Cathode Glow Discharge the determine the concentration of elements in water. Current projects I am working on include: The integration, deploy, and application of AWS features for our working data stream. Programming and optimizing both our client facing and data analysis software.In the past I have been in involved in projects at the University of Alberta. A research project completed within the Hegmann group consisted of characterizing carrier dynamics in new synthesized nano materials. During my time I also worked with AlbertaSat, designing and implementing a hyper spectral imager to be used in a CubeSat.In my spare time I've grown fond of playing chess! Also, to help build out some of my programming skills, I am slowly building out a physics engine, using OpenGL and c++.
