As a project manager i'm responsible for planning and editing a portfolio of swedish and danish kids magazines. I´m leading an external crew of editors, graphic designers and writers. The role as a project manager also includes contact with national and foreign licensors and planning and managing the editorial budget which i´m also responsible for. My work also includes marketing activities such as planning and executing marketing campaigns including SoMe campaigns, print ads, postal campaigns, EDR, collaboration with external agencies. The work also includes strategic planning and executing brand specific marketing plans as well planing and follow up budgets.

The role as a marketing communication coordinator consist of working closely with our sales team and providing them with marketing material. Panning and executing marketing campaigns in cooperation with some of Swedens most well known brands among kids. The day to day activities consisted of planning and executing marketing plans, producing print materials such as ads and catalogues.
