I was the main janitorial staff for a food-cart “pod” which contained seven individual businesses. In addition to maintaining cleanliness and handling waste, I was the primary liaison between business owners/operators and the property owners.

For three years, I taught at a community day-care that served employees of my college. I provided childcare for students aged 6 mo. to 6 yrs. My primary work environment was the infant classroom, but I also offered 1:1 assistance to older children with behavioral concerns. I supervised art, reading and yoga practices. Additionally, I served as the front.

During the Summer of 2017, I managed all sales and customer service interactions for a locally-owned Surf Shop. I personally handled in-store Audio and Video and fielded questions regarding proper surf etiquette and skill. Additionally, I offered aide in surf repair and provided social media guidance.

I offered customer support for book-sales, which gave me an opportunity to dive deep into my favorite past-time, reading! Our shop sold new, used and rare books and hosted community events.
