Teknisk utbildning o teknisk support åt Meca / Mekonomen verkstäder.

Today I train and support Meca and Mekonomen mechanics. I also do Trainings in a area from Falun to Mjölby.

I am a certified AUDI Trainer and a Technical trainer at VW Group Sweden , in the following areas: Introduction course step 1, 2 & 3 and Petrol engine course, climate control .I develop courses as Auxilliaryheater-course and "reswedish" german made courses. I am a very good leader and facilitator in my classroom.

I worked as a Technical trainer for swedish mechanics in electrical courses from level 1 to top level with faultsearching in CAN-bus systems. I also trained in diagnostic-tools and sparepartprogram. I used Microsoft office for production and developing coursematerial, and I was also a part of Scania TopTeam competitions in Sweden and abroad.I took part of continous development program and Scanias Lean programme.I contributed in the continious improvement work at Scania , I developed courses and material as I reswedish premade material. As a Scania trainer I traveled and held courses in Sweden for mechanics when needed.

My daily work contained prototype making and crafting from electrical installation and making of prototype parts , incl welding mig/mag + some TIG . Familiar with most craftmanship. In my responsibilities were reading from constructiondrawings to sketches and preparingparts after those instructions.

I worked with engines and measuresystems + turbochargingsystems.I mounted engines and testrigs. In my responsibilities were preparing engines (building and equiping them for celltests and car tests) ,creating new engine parts from drawings , using all kinds of craftmanship. When working with turbochargingsystems (as a mechanic) I also worked with mesurements in/outside cars , using Dasylab mesuring equipment. In my resposibilities were also testcar driving in and outside sweden , mainly at the Nardo-testtrack in S.Italy. I also worked with SAAB engine with Variable Compression.
