I scaled Motkraft, Norway's only non-profit power company, from a small startup to the company it is today. Together with co-founder Bjørn Spieler, we took the company from 2 to 35 employees and over 50 million USD in turnover in 12 months. The Motkraft group is expanding and will soon provide electricity, mobile telephony, internet, and insurance to tens of thousands of Norwegians.My role in the company was CTO/CMO. I led a significant part of our technology development (web, app, internal system) as well as marketing. The company received national attention and grew very quickly.

Thon Eiendom wanted to explore VR-viewings of new buildings. I managed the project and developed the solution. Results: 87% were greatly influenced to buy a property, and 100% would use the solution for their next property purchase.

Worked as a commercial filmmaker for both large and small companies. I created campaigns and video commercials, as well as strategy and marketing plans.Won bronze for best national data-driven campaign with Bislett Games in 2018.

The task was to increase the number of applicants to Oslo's largest vocational school. Through an advertising campaign, explanatory videos, and a new grade calculator, the application numbers reached historic highs.

I created video materials when Audi launched its flagship model, the Audi e-tron.

At Marriott's MOXY chain, I worked on a new health concept. It consisted of workout videos in the rooms, a new menu, and new activities for the chain. We launched the concept in London in 2019.

Digital focus on tourism. Complete advertising shoot in Italy which resulted in videos, photos, and ads for the campaign.

Die-hard athletics fans always show up at the stadium, but what about the broader audience? We developed an innovative concept tailored to appeal to this wider group. The result? Bislett Games transformed from a sparsely attended event to a completely sold-out sensation. Our strategy wasn't just successful with the audience; it also earned us a bronze award at MMM in 2018.
