- People management QC Cleanroom consisting of both technicians and academics- Responsible for unit budget and CAPEX budget- Responsible for unit meetings, board meetings, 1:1, and staff development interview- Recruitment of employees or trainees- Ensuring focus on AJ Vaccines strategy, mission, and vision- Ensuring GMP compliance in daily work- LEAN on a daily basis, including continuous improvements. - Plan, guide and prioritize tasks for the employees- Participation in multidisciplinary projects e.g qualification of new aseptic clean rooms and shutdown in production- Ensuring timely environmental monitoring in aseptic production facilities- Ensuring timely completion of other operational tasks e.g. smoke studies (a.r. and i.o.), recovery tests, HEPA filter testing, classification of LAF/UDF, clean room classification,, deviations, CAPA etc.- Guidance of Cleanroom design - Help and guide production with different issues regarding EM- Participation in internal and external audits- Qualification and validation of new equipment - Teach Basic Microbiology and Hygiene (aseptic behaviour) for all employees at AJ Vaccines

Area of responsibility and daily tasks on Statens Serum Institut:- Co-responsibility of the daily operations of the laboratory. - Quality control, approval of analyses and batch records for drug use.- Deviation reports, OOS reports, complaints, observations, non-critical deviation reports, CAPA's, and change controls.- Writing specifications and instructions (SOP's).- Qualification and validation protocols / reports (IQ/OQ/PQ), URS, and analysis precepts- Updating instructions based on internal QA instructions and policies, external regulatory requirements, pharmakopee requirements, and GMP guidlines .- Customer and supplier contact, and participation in internal and external audits and inspections- Ensuring that GMP regulations are maintained at our GMP warehouse.

Assistant teacher in the DTU course Experimental Biochemistry.I assisted students with record keeping, their experimental setup, and general laboratory overview. Moreover I assisted with analysing their results. The main experimental procedures were SDS-PAGE, HPLC, Enzyme assays and purification.
