After a couple of years I moved on to become a systems engineer and in 1996 I was promoted to my first management position. I have been involved in research, pre-development as well as product development activities all the way to product launch and market introduction.Since 1996 I have had a number of different leading roles, mostly in the research and pre-development areas, in different technology domains.I have been working abroad for two periods. From 1993 to 1997 in Montreal Canada, where I was was working with Radio Network Systems design, and from 2001 to 2003 in Boulder CO, USA, where I was responsible for operational development.
