At Chricobil I started as a mechanic but was quickly assigned the role as engineer / problem solver. This developed to become chairman of the workshop with 12 mechanics. Chricobil started during this period a new workshop with 6 mechanics where I become a workshop manager. I got my own budget and also the personnel responsibility for the workshop. When Chricobil created a new department at Lillestrøm, I got the position as administrative and technical leader of this workshop.
