Program manager for the region of Stockholm (SLL) in the 1,7 billion euro joint venture (Trafikverket, SLL, Stockholm stad) project "Stockholm City link". (Citybanan)The scope of the project was the building of a 6 km railway tunnel and two underground railway stations and to make them, the commuters, the personell and the entire trafic organization ready for commercial trafic in mid 2017.My role was to lead the organization within the region of Stockholm (SLL/SL/Trafikförvaltningen) as the Program manager.To achieve this the program I was responsible for had a management team of around 50 people,running seven individual projects. (IT-project, Construction projects, Communication project, PSD(Platform screen door) project, Change management projects, Safety och security project, traning projects, test and quality projects and more)

The scope of the program was to increase the depot capacity in the Stockholm area and to make space for the town extension in south of Stockholm The program did this by building the new 17000 m2 "Hammarby depot", extend the Högdalen depot, close the Slakthuset depot and by moving the entire metro rail maintenance organization to the new depot in Hammarby.The complex task of the Program was to achieve a seemless change, within budget (1100 million SEK), without negatively affect the trafic production of the metro trafic in Stockholm and to impose the change in a positive way with everyone aboard both personell, neighbours and commuters.The position involved full responsibility for the budget, organisational planning and for a group of construction and project leaders,

The customer was the Angolan state energy ministry.The project comprises a 1 billion SEK turn-key construction project of a 250 km long, 220 kV overhead transmission line from the Gabela dam to city of Lobito in Angola Africa.The position involved full responsibility for a section of construction workers, truck drivers, mobile crane operators, group leaders, and the organisational planning.

Production manager and installation coordinator in several projects within Skanska.Ica Maxi reconstruction projectIn the Ica Maxi Skvaltan project in Nacka, Skanska had build a 7500m2, 300 million Skr shopping centre/food store for ICA. After the project and the store had been opened there starting to be severe problem with the foundation of the buildning, build on an old seabed. There were a need to do something.The project I was working in had to change and rebuild the foundations of large parts of the building and to stabilize the foundation with new iron piles and to change the entire floor.The problem was that a store like this have a annual revenue of 600 million SEK and can´t just be closed down for the year needed for the rebuilding project.
