- Do management for the sales dept- Training the sale skill to the staff, product information training, LED bub, LED strip, LED spot,LED down light, LED tube light ect - lead the team to attend the fairs- To draft the sales target of the year and to lead the team to run for it- do the dept year round budget- draw the comany develope strategy and sell strategy ect

- Establishes, implements and strengthens the contractual relationships with all company suppliers. - Defines and implements continuous improvement initiatives related to the quality, availability and cost of the company’s manufactured products. - Sourcing the potential suppliers - Develop the seasonal products with customer and R&D dept - Manage the sales,shipping and divisions - Office daily management, hold the meeting every morning with relative dept to go over the order ans sampling timing ect issues

-Source new factories as directed-Build a superior and extensive network of OEM manufacturers and suppliers-Receive and interpret new product designs from Canada based Product Manager and Art. Dept. staff-Provide products with costs that meet target requirements-Visit factories to ensure full compliance and as needed in the suppliers including major manufacturing centers located in Guangzhou,Shenzhen, Xiamen and Fuzhou and Vietnam if needed-Arrange for samples to be sent to Canada office staff-Identify new printing, packaging and display manufacturers-Coordinate daily with Canada Office-Set up the testing standard protocol for LED candle products-build up the QC team to ensure the supplier producing correctly, on time delivery without quality issue-Set up a candle lab to make test for new formula and new design samples to meet the market request-SRM-Help the supplier to set up the organization chart and smoothen the company procedure-Collect and analyze the competitive of the company and the competitor

-Marketing together with boss- Sourcing the new suppliers, ceramic , glass, wood, polyresin -Sales management for daily job of sales dept-Oversee QA dept, training QC and IPQC, sample testing, to make final decision for the quality issue-Sourcing new suppliers of ceramic, glass etc-Oversee Shipping dept of Genie Candle and Material Control dept
