EDF and Cyclife Sweden AB is broadening the service offer to the European Nuclear Power arena for decommissioning and waste treatment. Cyclife Sweden AB gained, for the company so far, the largest contract in December 2017 with a value of +€27million!With a signifficant part of the contract being external work at customer sites with prepratation, characterisation and transport preparation, I was apointed to manage set up of the project, spanning over three Nuclear Power Plants. Basic parts are:- Over all Contract/Project Management- Setting up Cyclife part of the technical and quality documentation underpinning the customer application for authorization for transport to Sweden- Planning and coordinating characterisation and transports to Cyclife facilities in Sweden- Managing processing/treatment at Cyclife Sweden AB- Managing applicable authorisation for safe repatriation of the conditioned residues back to the customer for final storage
