As consultant at Implement I delivered consulting services within the area of Supply Chain Planning, with acitivies ranging from Business Process Management to system customization to support the business processes.

Working on implementing SAP APO in a division in Danisco covering production plants and distribution centers around the world, my focus has been on Demand Planning, implementing a common global forecasting and supply chain planning process.

In Novo Nordisk I was working with SAP APO (SNP + PP) developing global planning processes that would help optimize total supply chain performance, i.e. lower inventories, increase delivery performance and stabilize production. Inspired by Ian Glenday I worked with differentiated planning as a means to create stability.

In my student position in Supply Chain Planning department I worked on different project, helping out with data analysis and alike.

In Plaza I worked with the forecasting and budgetting process. Further I was responsible for a continous product portfolio analysis.
