Project manager for the product introduction of technical solutions and services in the IT and Telecommunications industry. Target groups are partners, system integrators, operators and end customers. Along with the core product, i.e. the technical solution, different services are bundled into a complete product offering. As project manager I am responsible for both decisions to be made about the different services that complement the core product and that the package will be created, communicated and marketed. Responsible for carrying out field trials testing and market-specific technical validation in collaboration with the customer. The purpose of field trial is both to evaluate and improve product quality and to verify national telecom requirements. I was responsible for the entire process from planning and establishing field test agreement to create test cases and customer trainings.

Responsible for creating competitive offerings based on customer request for quotation and SOC (Statement of Compliance). Examples of activities in a typical project are to create and evaluate alternative solutions for customers, make cost-benefit analysis of the bids and participate in procurements.

Responsible for marketing and sales of add-on sales and service support. Main target group was customers who accounted for the majority of the installed base.

Responsible for providing complete customer solutions in mobile system radio base stations.A typical project could include: site planning (radio coverage), radio base stations and associated equipment such as antennas, installation materials, spare parts and documentation delivered as turnkey projects.

Responsible for installation, deployment and service on customer (operator) site of cellular radio base stations for mobile telephony.

Responsible for testing and preparing of equipped cellular radio base stations before customer inspections and deliveries. My responsibility also included requirements definition and implementation of service management system, technical troubleshooting and service of radio equipment for cellular radio equipment.

Responsible for installation and implementation of PC (hardware and software) to employees. I also performed tests to ensure that the computers communicate with each other internally and externally.
