Responsible for collaboratively supporting the supply chain and business needs of Clorox and Target. Constantly driving improvement across the end-to-end supply chain by identifying root causes for performance gaps and delivering solutions that maximize performance on KPIs. Support the flow of inventory and information across the joint Target/Clorox supply chain. Partner with key stakeholders including the Target teams, Sales, Planning, Finance, Order Management, and Logistics to leverage best practices and build cross-functional alignment. Lead and support projects that improve short-term performance and enable long-term success. Work with data analytic teams to build new capabilities that save time and provide valuable new insights.

Work with suppliers, copackers, 3PLs and sales to ensure supply of finished goods and eliminate out of stock situations.-Responsible for the demand forecasting of all domestically produced spirits.-Deeply involved with production planning and the communication with copackers.-Tasked with the vast majority of analytical work in the demand planning function of operations. -Use Power BI and the “analyze in excel” function to pull data and then build ad-hoc reports (i.e., financial giftpack analysis, SKU Rationalization file, weekly inventory & production reports, allocation reports)-Exceptional Microsoft Excel proficiency (i.e., pivot tables, advanced formulas, linear programing)-Communicate with Regional Sales Managers to work through activities or situations that will affect demand.-Manage finished good inventory allocations and distributor orders when necessary.
