I´m curious and committed with a general interest of technical solutions with a special interest in logistics.My belief is that the current demand driven e-commerce with a strong customer focus will trigger dramatic logistics changes the coming years, similar to what the music industry has experienced lately. To be competitive in this change there is a need to use new tec where blockchain, AI, IoT, robotization and new automation most likely will be key components, my ambition is to be part and contribute one way or the other within this change. The last 25 years I have worked within logistics creating target solutions/strategic plans and participating in logistics programs/projects, the first 16 as a consultant, after that within H&M business development. My focus has been new or updated warehouse solutions. During this period I have earned knowledge in WMS systems and market leading automation solutions in general and achieve practical  experience working with the majority of the companies in Gartner's magic quadrant in relevant areas and a deep an understanding on how to use tools/systems that are used for simulation/forecasting and transportation/carriers with a special interest of reverse logistics. Many of the programs and projects has been international and multi cultural, in several of them I have had a leading role within the project organization but also as a line manager. Personally I’m pragmatic and prestigeless, openminded and still learning, always striving for creating a good teamwork and actively trying to avoid problems, my wish is to be involved from design until the targeted objectives are met in everything I commit to.
