I am the CEO of a Swedish municipality with a turnover of 550 million Euro and 5 800 employees. I am also the CEO of the municipality’s mother company in which we own a power company, a housing company and are building a factory för LBG. Turnover in the corporate group is about 1 400 million Euro.I am very familiar with working in a political organization and my strength lies in strategy, problem solving, crisis management and getting things done. I also have a vast experience from business with and within the public sector.My experience comes from a long time working as a manager at all levels and also, more specifically with public procurement, as a MedTech supplier, as VP in a trade organization and board work. My area of expertise is, amongst others, management, communication, business strategy, business development, public affairs and market access.
