Manage a team to increase international research grants through:- Leading the promotion and management of international grant opportunities- Developing strategies to increase number of applications and success rate- Developing new and manage advanced workflows- Leading the strategic work - Providing specialist advice on development of grant applications and agreements- Lead the review and submission process for international grant applications- Developing strong networks with academic divisions and external stakeholders such as funders.- Providing high-quality advice to Chancellery, Directors and planning services to feed into University strategies

- Lead the work with grant support advice to domestic and international grant applicants- Give expert advice to domestic and international applications- Liaise with Faculties to support international funding strategies- Assist DVC for research in the strategic work around research funding and research infrastructure

Focus of my research was on interactions between plants and their natural enemies with focus on plant pathogens. I led a group consisted of postdoc and PhD students
