Leading the Cluster SAEA&O Project Engineering Office, with 16 (21) direct reports located/split in 8 countries; Australia, Japan, Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, India, Malaysia and Thailand covering the cluster from India to New Zealand, Japan and KoreaResponsible to lead and manage the Cluster Project Engineering Office for pre-contract activities, optimal engineering solutions and technical expertise, project cost calculations measured on accuracy, contributing to the overall installation business result and customer satisfaction. Besides the Cluster Capital Equipment Support Manager role was the Process driver for both Packaging and Processing. Together with the local process drivers drove global initiative from business transformation and local process improvements. Initiated and together with the team developed a De-installation process to better secure return of leased equipment’s and buybacks. Drove continues process enhancements and improvement in the way we work to reduce overall workload in terms of tools and templates and reporting.

Member of Cluster South and South East Asia and Tetra Pak Thailand’s Technical Service management team Responsible for installation team and the Capital Equipment agenda (operational plan) for both local market and the Cluster. Supporting the market teams in terms of Equipment sales, factory designs/layouts, cost calculations, project execution and to drive improvements and synergies between packaging and processing. Accountable for P&L, KPI delivery, projects costs, on-time & in-full delivery and customer satisfaction measured through EDCE (Event Driven Customer Satisfaction)Sold as a team many different types of projects from single equipment to fully integrated factories (brown field and green field). With a mixture of both packaging and processing equipment’s and high level of automation to gain full traceability by including various marking solutions, bar code scanners, palletizer and logistics solutions (LGV’s) together with Tetra Pak Plant Master. This also include a wide range of Service products.

Responsible for project cost calculations, profit and loss and customer satisfaction.Between 2007 - August 2009 I worked particularly close with the Italian Market company, focusing on their implementation projects, opportunity management and category plans for TRC. This also included locating and proposing business opportunities to boost the TRC sales in Italy. Part of and rewrote Model documents (contract) templates, scope of supply documents together with our legal team.
