Mgr for AGAs’ service group Ferronova. Ferronova primary carries out work at AGA customers within the metallurgical industry. Close work and co-operation with AGA customers within the heat treatment industry. The fields covered included many processes in heat treatment. The target was to work with applications that brougth value both to AGA and to my end customers.

After the move back to Sweden I took up a position at the engineering department working with combustion and heat treatment installations. It included complex installations of various applications such as process control equipment, gas control panels as well as tank and pipe installations.

In-between February 2004 and September 2006 I was positioned in Munich, Germany. The tasks where still the same as in my Lidingö time but the geographical position was very positive from a traveling perspective. And what a great experience to work and live in Munich!

After KIMAB I worked in the development department for Heat treatment and Electronics (secondary electronics) at the AGA premises in Lidingö, Sweden. Special fields where low pressure carburising and gas quenching, subzero or cryogenics treatment, soldering of printed circuit boards under protective atmosphere. Other fields covered where carburising.

Research on properties and componet behaviour of heat treated parts. Processes studied; carburising, nitriding, nitrocarburising, induction heat treatment.
