I am a product manager with a strong focus on good communication flow and attention to details. I believe that a successful product development process is one that allows the customer's knowledge to seamlessly go together with the company's technical and UI/UX expertise to create the best product for the end user.I also have a special love for UX and automation that compels me to figure out how the user understands and interacts with the product and how one can best simplify and automate the existing process to save the users time. While there is a lot of potential for automating specific work tasks in many companies, I think we also need to look at the process as a whole and aim to entirely mitigate certain work tasks from the workflow.In my experience a successful process requires good communication between all links in the development chain, an open approach to the end customers, and a good planning process that provides a common thread connecting all the stakeholders to the process from start to finish.
