My focus and day-to-day work is centered to Microsoft products in general, and Microsoft Server Systems in particular. The principal work I perform usually has a empathize on Active Directory and other forms of identity and access management. Customers and projects ranges from local businesses and firms to international enterprises. At present besides performing technical assignments for customers I'm a team leader and perform presale activities pertaining to Microsoft systems and solutions.My work rests on the firm foundations of taking initiative and creating understanding for different areas as well as keeping an analytical and open mind.Apart from being a infrastructure consultant I also work with development in the Microsoft environment and have developed applications that deliver a more efficient and simpler management of Microsoft environments.A change in recent projects is my role, from being a strictly infrastructure consultant to now working as a technical project leader involved in projects for almost all local government in Norrbotten, universities and a number of multi national companies with their Microsoft environments, particularly concerning their transition to platforms based on Windows Server and transitions of on-prem environment to hybrid and cloud based Office 365 solutions.Specialties: Design, implementation and customization of identity management using MS AD. Migration, transition and upgrades of several different both MS and Non-MS environments.
