I was honored to lead the Marketing and Communications efforts at the innovative fintech company Zwipe, which is listed (Oslo, Stockholm). During a pivotal period of transformation, I drove the development of a new brand and trademark strategy, naming structure, visual identity, and website as we transitioned from research to commercialization. Through local, regional and global collaboration, unique brand projects, sponsor agreements, influencers and media relations, I contributed to a significant increase in brand awareness and customer satisfaction, as well as sales and market share growth in 2018 and 2019. Key to increasing Huawei's reputation was keeping media stakeholders close to my heart, which meant talking with around 15 journalists almost daily and periodically travelling around the world with tech journalists and lifestyle media, either one-on-one or in charge of groups of journalists. I ensured the media and other stakeholders were given exceptional service and were regularly updated on our latest policies, products, and services.
