I am currently a Project Manager at Stanford School of Medicine working on the My Heart Counts study - a large scale cardiovascular health study, and the ELITE study (elite.Stanford.edu) looking at the genetics of elite athletes. I have loved working on these projects because I get to look the at health of the fittest in the world while trying to increase health on a wide scale for the most sedentary portion of the population.I am a cyclist with the goal of making it to the top while have lots of fun along the way. My focus is currently on track cycling but I think you will always find me mixing it up in many other disciplines including MTB, road, and even Xterra off-road Triathlons. I have been racing for many years and have raced at World Championships on the MTB, Track, and in Xterra.My many years of racing experience combined with my studies and personal interests have led me towards coaching where I am primarily focused on helping develop younger riders into the best versions of themselves. I worked as the head coach of the USAC ODA in 2022 which was exciting as I was helping the athletes in an even more holistic way.
