Sales & Exhibition Coordinator: Flea markets in Bella. Responsible for:- All sales of exhibition stands on the market.- Creating and managing contracts, and communication with exhibitors regarding these.- Managing, updating and creating content for web and social media.- Coordination and management of all administrative tasks regarding the flea markets.- Coordinating logistics and communicating the plan to exhibitors.- Execution of the event, and management of staff during this.- Making and upkeeping statistics and evaluations, along with post-event reports.- Controlling the economy of the event from at set budget.Exhibition Coordinator: Bogforum, Lægedage, Fri & Dental Days. Co-responsible for:- Supporting the project manager with planning, coordinating and administrative tasks- Communication with and support exhibitors regarding their participation on the fairs.- Coordinating logistics and communicating the plan to exhibitors.- Assisting the salesperson in administrative tasks regarding the stand rental contracts.- Managing, updating and creating content for web and social media.Super user in the development and implementation of a new administration,coordination, sales and economy control system. Responsibilities included:- Mapping of current work processes in the old operating system.- Developing lists of wishes for functionality in the new system with the project group.- Test of the new system and close communicating with project leadership regarding this.- Development of manuals and learning materials.- Training of end users in the new toolset.

Volunteer coordinator with responsibility of all coordination of and communications withthe festival’s volunteer crew.

PR & Marketing Manager with responsibility for:- All handling of press matters.- Communication plans and the development of these.- Administration of the daily management of web sites, social media sites and internaldatabases and digital cooperation tools.- Marketing of the performances, workshops, festivals and other events, including buyingadvertisements, creating video content, selling tickets and more.- Assorted practical tasks such as selling shows to venues, organizing tours, fundraising,contact with volunteers and more.
