Ph.D. in Arctic Geology combining seismic and field data to understand carbonate deposition and preservation in tectonically active settings.

As a Geologist at the Department of Marine Geology in Aarhus I worked with two different projects concerning sand and gravel resource-exploration, using sediment cores, seismic and bathymetric data from the Danish North Sea and the inner Danish waters. These projects ended with a delivery of an advisory report on raw material resources for the Danish environmental Protection Agency. In addition, I worked with GIS sofware and created maps and meta for reports and project offers. In the field season of 2019 I participated in marine Habitat and Raw material surveys collecting seismic and bathymetric data, doing processing and interpreting with various geophysical software packages. Participated in a research cruise to western Greenland concerning landslide deposits, doing Gravity coring and collecting 2D seismics and multibeam data in Disco Bay.

As a research assistant I was connected to the Sedimentology group, doing laboratory work primarily but also helping with teaching and other research. I also had the opportunity to teach masters students in the seismic interpretation software Kingdom Suite 8.8.
