In my current role I am proactively managing 16 enterprise accounts across EMEA with a monthly ranging from 20.000–150.000 dollars. - Covering the full lifecycle of customer from onboarding, adoption and renewal. - Onboarding: in order to effectively onboard my customers, I spend time focusing on their business, processes, and unique needs - and to put my customers goals at the center of the process and provide clear, detailed instructions on how to best use our products/services to achieve those goal.- Adoption; making sure my customer gets more and more value from our products and suggestion new products/features into their workflow that can help them achieve their business goals. - Escalation: I am having bi-weekly and monthly meeting with tier one accounts to ensure that technical issues are being tackled and solved - and making sure new features are implemented correctly. - Collaborating with internal teams like sales, marketing and technical specialists to capture and discuss business problems & goals - and develop customer success plans for growing my account, ensuring value, and mitigating risk for at-risk customers.- Conducting QBR’s, roadmap presentations, tailored value adding presentations according to customer success methodology to drive results, product adoption and ensure retention.
