During my time in Ernst & Young, I've worked on various projects within both public and private sector in Norway, with a focus on the Norwegian health sector. Other sectors include: Energy, retail and consumer products, industrial products and seafood.Examples of delivered projects:Project management for a regional health trust that was to implement a new ERP-solution. I supported the project manager for the implementation project, planning the implementation phase. This included reporting to the Program Office, extensive stakeholder analysis, establishing communication plans, benefit delivery, budgeting, resource planning, establishing technical teams and establishing a platform for communication for the entire regional health trust using a Sharepoint-solution.Project assistance including data analysis in a transformation project for a big Norwegian hospital. In my work, I assisted a specific clinic in finishing its deliverables to the Program Office on the hospital.
