Consulting assignment.Svenska kraftnät - the National Power Grid authority is responsible for ensuring that Sweden's transmission system for electricity is safe, environmentally sound and cost-effective.In the assignment as Program Manager for the Real Time Data Program, I had the responsibility for managing the complete Program, as well as acting as Project Manager for two of the eight Projects within the Program. The purpose of the Program was to facilitate the upgrade to a modern electrical power system by accessing new infrastructure and expansion of new sources of energy and power distribution - a key to this was the collection and facilitation of real time data. The Program required many interfaces, internally as well as towards the actors in the Nordic power market.Several Project were IT focused and meant producing new and modified IT solutions, eg infrastructure for IoT units and Master Data handling.I was part of the establishment of the Program and also finished several milestones, including completion of some of the Projects. During my management, we established working procedures, did the resourcing, IT system solutions were procured and architecture, design and implementation preparations were done for the larger IT Projects.

Consulting assignment.Project Manager for one of the high priority Projects within the bank with a task to introduce a new ISO20022 based payments transaction hub. The Project was characterised by high complexity in regards to an international subcontractor, challenging time schedule and many stakeholders externally and internally. Project Owner was the bank's Business side, with steering committee members representing the bank's business organisations, finance parts and IT. The System being introduced will be the hub for international and domestic payments and will after a complete roll-out, replace many of the legacy systems. Under my lead, Delivery 1 was successfully delivered, facilitating an integral system for International payments.

Director for the Commercial and Sourcing department. My responsibility was the establishment of the department and then management of it. Our responsibilities include Commercial handling of Customer Contracts, Sourcing, Tenders, Strategic Procurement, Offset / Industrial Participation and Export Control. The Commercial department now forms an integral part of the organisation, tying the Supplier Contracts tighter to our Customer needs as well as securing solid contracts for the company.Since May 2012 member of the Business Unit Management Team.

Deputy Head of Business Execution where the major part of the Business Unit’s projects are run, i.e. the Project Office.

The department consisted of six sections (Project Management, Planning & Control, Configuration Management, Operational Excellence & Q, Procurement and Bid Centre) and comprised approximately 100 people. Responsibilities included direct management of the six section managers and one assistant and the running of the Department.My responsiblities also included acting as Head of the Program Office / Project Owner (Sponsor), with a responsibility for the portfolio of 20 major projects. Work included supporting the project managers, heading steering committee meetings, full business responsibility for customer contracts; ie Gross Margin, Add-On Sales, etc and acting as PoC on a project owner / sponsor level with the customer equivalent.

The section consisted of 30 resources working as Project/Program- and Bid (Tender) Managers. The section was also responsible for Project Management processes.

Management of company commitments ranging from smaller scale Projects to large international Programs. My main commitment during this time was a >1 BSEK order, engaging >150 of our staff, the largest Program in the history of our Business Area. It was executed as a Program I headed and was characterized by high complexity, many stakeholders and a internationally spread organization to be able to achieve our goals. Shorter assignments during this period also included Bid (Tender) work.
