Assisted in the facilitation and strategic planning of multiple hospital clinical integration projects in order to enhance population health and patient care coordination within the Swedish Covenant Hospital community.

Remotely managed and executed the configuration, testing, training and go live support in order to carry out the full implementation of the Allscripts MyWay Ambulatory EMR. Analyzed operational needs of physician practices to provide the client with the application parameters and configuration necessary to execute a successful implementation. Lead remote EMR configuration and training. Provided onsite go live support to a nationwide client base before transitioning the client to their ongoing support model. Required up to 75% nationwide travel for onsite go live support and functioned remotely for duration of workdays/hours.

Performed the role of expert systems-user for the Ambulatory Practice Management application within the McKesson suite of products. Acted as Lead Analyst for practice management application for initial implementation and training for Immediate Care Facilities and Radiology Imaging Centers.
