Current• Coordinated change control management in 40+ Asia OSATs (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) to secure on-track change execution, mitigate the quality risk, and prevent the line-down issue• Led 5+ teams, including sourcing, R&D, finance, quality, planning, IT, test, P2P,...etc., to qualify a new semiconductor assembly/test factory to gain 10+% cost reduction, break capacity bottleneck, and enhance quality control with better facility and production automation • Supported Business Units in the U.S. and Europe to launch 10+ series of products to market by coordinating OSATs’ semiconductor packaging, process, planning, and manufacturing departments to complete on time mass-production readiness• Achieved site-level yield improvement by coordinating OSATs’ quality, process, and manufacturing departments to implement effective, data-driven quality enhancement actions• Gained 4% chip cost reduction and secured business continuity by leading OSAT's process and quality departments to qualify the new substrate and related tooling in the production line• Coached an intern to develop an automatic system to analyze OSAT’s yield performance and complete the capability study of automatic optical inspection equipment within 1.5 month • Co-developed a system solution to visualize OSATs’ monthly SPC performance
