Her hard skills as a designer just can’t be ignored, as she also has a deep understanding of market trends and instincts for identifying and pursuing what people will visually like, so she is definitely naturally talented. Second, Ingrid has a very strong grasp of the tools she needs to use to create amazing output. She knows the relevant software applications inside and out and helps the team with any technical issue. She is also an extremely well organized person who puts a lot of effort in making her work easily available for others to check and use. Finally, Ingrid has proven herself to be a strong cultural fit here at P D PAOLA. She is always ready to lend a helping hand to his teammates and contributes during brainstorming sessions and meetings between teams. As an example, she was suggesting plenty of new ideas we could implement on one of our team weekly meetings, which happened to be her last working day at the company.
