As Director and "Head of the global PM organization" I am responsible for the overall Global Project Management Office and related methods and tolls. This includes the daily management of the global Project Mangers. I am as well IPMA certified Project Manager with several years of project management experience with product development and production implementation. I have been involved in managing global key account projects and programs within the portfolio of KK Wind Solutions. As the overall head of the PMO, it is my responsible to ensure that the core-teams and sub teams are managed through all stages of the project from early design and development to implementation in production ensuring compliance to the business strategy. I am engaging high involvement of partners and stakeholders to ensure both internal and external deliverbles will be ready in time and within KPIs, which is the key success. Through my career I have been deeply involved with project management with the overall responsibility of several projects at different categories within R&D and product development. I worked close together with customers and partners in Europe, US and Asia. I thrive on new challenges and take pride in living up to both my own and others' expectations. Change management and flexibility is a great part of my work. I'm always striving to deliver and communicate transparent and fact-based information to relevant stakeholders. I got a great personal tool-box including both soft-skills and more traditional project management tools. I passed several project management training from IMPLEMENT, TACK International and Siemens Learning Campus for complex projects. Within my career I managed project with two-digit million budgets. I have background in electronic Engineering and good hands-on experience in how things are done in "the field".
