In my full-time internship at FAKTA, I got experience with working in the headquarters of a large company. By producing management reports for managers in local shops, I used some of the academic skills and analytical tools I’ve gained through my education, while simultaneously making a product that was useful for the future management at the local shops. Through the workshops I gained experience in communication and how to execute a new value concept in a big company. I got an insight into the daily operations of an HR department with over 9.000 employees distributed in 440 stores and one headquarters in Albertslund.
